Wireless Bridges

When a wire won’t do, a wireless bridge can make the connection.

Wireless Bridges

Wireless bridges are ideal when cost or terrain make it impractical to run cable. They are a method of getting a network connection to a location when running a cable is prohibitive. Wireless bridges act like cable except the signal is transmitted wirelessly between two devices instead of through a cable. They are frequently used when there is a need to distribute network access from a central building to multiple buildings, as in the case of a multi-building campus. Some examples where wireless bridges have been used are campgrounds, businesses, storage units, etc. Network access for security cameras and Wi-Fi access points are a few common examples where wireless bridges are utilized.
